Not bad for first ties. Best part of fishing for panfish and bass is they are no where near as picky as trout. Id trim the boogers a little and get to throwing them and see what happens.Good luck and enjoy

looking to catch some stockies on them. what do you guys recomend me to try and tie for the season.

Anything with tinsel or flashabou. Big dumb trout love shiny things.

Fly tying is a learned ART and can mean the difference on certain trout streams when presentation and size are key. That said, other FW game are often less forgiving and a novice fly is all you need for success. Personally spend more time on a size 22 trico fly than a "bluegill" killer fly; however, I enjoy fishing both equally as well. "Buggers" are always a favorite and successful in a wealth of conditions. Keep tying and trying as experience is learned and earned
