The Perch Are Starting!!!!!

fished saturday and sunday on lake hopatcong.we fished all over the lake.saturday we were skunked but we found the perch yesterday.fished the north end in 3-4ft of water.small jigs and small husky jerks work slow was the ticket.by no means was it great fishing but enough to have a nice perch fry.
it will only get better;)

White? Yellow? Were you using small grubs on your jig? did you try drop shot?

All Yellows.we Were Using The Mity-mite Jigs In Chartruse 2ft Under A Float.no Grubs Or Bait At All.

My Son Fished After Work Yesterday And Had 23.he Kept 4 Good Ones For Diner.might Give It A Go After Work If This Rain Stops.hard To Beat Those Perch For Eating,fun To Catch Too.
