March Fly Tying Madness

On Saturday, March 16, 2013, NJ State Council of Trout Unlimited is sponsoring March Fly Tying Madness at The Cranford Community Center, 220 Walnut Avenue, Cranford, NJ 07016. Hosted by the Rahway River Trout Unlimited Chapter, the event begins at 9am. Tyers are asked to donate their flies for NJ Project Healing Waters and Casting For Recovery programs. Door prizes will be awarded to participants and complimentary lunch will be served.

Thanks to those Chapter members of New Jersey State Council of Trout Unlimited & guests who contributed to this special event on Saturday for two great non-profit charities. This - the first and hopefully the start of an annual event, attracted many talented fly tyers. As a unified group we managed to collect & donate so many beautiful flies that will surely bring a smile to a survivors face when they catch their first trout on the fly. We all should be proud of the talent we all bought to the table to make the March Fly Tying Madness a huge success!
