ice fishing

I was wondering if any 1 could give me advice on where there would be safe ice trying to fish over the border into,pa or ny for panfish not to spot burn maybe a name of a lake or tackel shop that i could go fish i geuss im fishing solo tommorow so a well populated spot would be nice thanks

Anything small should be ready to go. The wind is whats killing us right now, but hey a bunch of us from the site are having a meet and greet check out the other post :) theres safe ice right here in nj

Thanks i ended up fishing paradise state park good 8inches of ice caught some perch and sunnies along with three nice trout all caught and relased except for one of the trout
