Ramapo River Smallies 7/2

Hit the Ramapo for a couple of hours after work today. Picked off a half dozen dinks in some riffle water before targeting boulders and laydowns. Caught a nice fat bellied bronzeback from an undercut bank. Went about 14 inches, the biggest smallie i've ever caught from the Ramapo. Fish even peeled some drag off my reel. It was a good feeling, I've been catching nothing but shorts the last couple of weeks. Also found some abandoned beds, I know what area I'll be fishing next May:D

nice work tj! think i'll be hittin the reservation manana! might spend the first hr or so targeting some smallies in the river b4 heading uphill!
