these were caught by hand in about 2 hours

yes, etoufee or a boil is in the cards for the bigguns. they are all in a holding tank now to flush out for a few days.

some of these are pretty big, but bigger ones are out there. i saw a couple that were pushing 6.5" or 7" in length but in water too deep to easily catch. i also found a claw lost in a fight that was over 2" in length.
