Elastic cords for gunnel rod holders

where do you get te rubber cords that hold the rods in the gunnel rod storage? I have a Hydrasport 212 WA.

Or, any ideas on alternate fixes is appreciated.

West marine carries bulk bunjee cord hog rings glue laden heat shrink and stainless Bimini eyelets
