Any Campground recommendations?

With the summer approaching quickly,, I'd like to plan out a few days for the family to get away camping...we have a two year old,,,so at this point I think I would prefer a cabin. Just looking for nice grounds and cabin and of course clean bathroom facilities for the wife.

Any suggestions are welcomed. Being by a lake or the Deleware River would be a plus.
