Clinton Rd Mixed Bag 6/1

First day of vacation so I decided to start if off right. Got up bright and early and headed up to the watershed. On the water by 5:45 :eek:

Didn't take long before we were on the fish and the bite seemed to keep up most of the morning. Started off with some nice 2/3# smallies, about a dozen over the course of the day with a few dinks mixed in. Later in the day I picked up a couple 1.5/2# largies. All fish came on rainbow trout patterned spinners. Guess they enjoy the stocking as well!! Got 2 trolling and the rest just pitching to the shoreline.

Toss in a pickerel, a rock bass, and a handful of perch, and it made for a great day of fishing!!
