On saturday I met my 2 cousin in laws Rick and Brandon and close family friend Jonny for some bassing down at the pit. The boys had hit up the D&R for opening day and did not do much only getting a bow and a brookie. Started fishing around 2:30 slow to start then Brandon got the biggest Yellow perch I ever saw weighed in at 2lb! Jonny then got a nice largemouth on a stinko worm, Ricky then gets 1 on a crawler, I knew then it was time for me to put my game face on. As soon as i crawled down the rocks to my spot it was game on! Tons of bass,Big perch and some big bull bluegills! all combined we had over 50 fish for the day with yours truly Captain Partyrock leading the way with 16 largemouth,12 perch,2 bullgills. Me and Brandon each had a bass pushing 4lbs majority of fish between 12 and 16 inches and all were FATTYS! Took 5 gut hooked perch home and they was yummy!
