Went down to Prospertown mid day Sunday and I was shocked with what I found . I was on foot and left my boat in the back of my truck . From Rollercoaster Point back it looks like it's 3' or less deep . No point fishing the back as there is little depth . The feeder creek by the back ramp is only 2" deep . It's 20 yards or more to the water around most of the lake . I don't think that there's any water over 6' deep in the whole lake . I didn't see any greenery in the water .I fished from shore thinking that I might scratch a few Crappie from all the wood in the water but I was mistaken . After losing 1 Rapala , 4 Crappie jigs , and 2 plastic worms to Pickerel . I switched to Slimer mode . I doubled up my 4 lb and tied on a 2/0 sproat hook and hung on a 4" powerworm straight tail . Got eight up to 14" in around an hour . The high point of the day was watching a Bald Eagle fly around . If you want Pickerel the bite is on . They even hit my bobber when I was crappie fishing . I hope they fix the problem with the pipe and get the water back in before most of the remaining fish starve , die from lack of oxygen , or get eaten by commerants .

I live 5 minutes from the lake and have reported on the lack of water in the past .Checked the lake 2 Saturdays ago and the water was at least 2' higher . We were pulling limits of Crappie from there this time of year the last 4 Seasons . There was no way that they shocked/netted out even half of the fish that were in there .

No problem . Here's Grandson from Seasons past . Now there is no water behind him now all the way beyond the points .
