in north cape may on madison ave. there is a small park snd the pond is very small I thought carp wouldnt be biting now but i threw some bread on top and carp began to eat it so i casted some bread balls out and waited about 15min i caught 3 carp but none very big the biggest was 6lb 12oz. I caught a 1lb 13oz bass off a jerkbait and a 2lb 10oz bass off jerkbait. make sure to use sorta light line for the carp just have alot of line just in case you get a big one.
