Hit the musky today with outofline,did allot of walking fished some awesome holes and ended up with 4 brooks and 1 bow.Fish were very spunky today slammin our offerings that we fished slow and low.Missed quite a few today as well,the fish were holed up in the deepest runs tight to the bottom.

A few notables from today
I sucked, didnt get a fish till noon.
It was cold,frozen guides and frozen waders are not cool
Overhanging branches suck=lots of ornaments left on them
Leaky waders and cold water dont mix!
Not another soul was seen all day.

Got out from under the covers to check the site, I was watching a movie on TV. Brrrrrrr, great job on a cold day !!!! Thinking of warmer days ahead.

Not another soul was seen all day. Went out about 8 AM. Too windy, been there and done the frozen guide thing.Better days are ahead.

Time to hit the sport shops for some new waders. Can't believe you went fishing in leaky waders on a day like today:eek:

That's what I'm talken about low and slow. Nice fish Shucker, you deserve those fish to go for it on a day like today.

Leaky waders and frozen guides were definitely not cool! Thankfully we didn't have to wade too much. I certainly needed a redemption day, after getting schooled with Shucker at the Pequest! Was nice to explore some new waters. As always, learned something new fishing with Shucker
