Monksville 1/22

Hit Monksville with Bob and Mike today. Alot of guys out there, maybe 30-35 hardwater anglers on the ice. We used all big baits looking for those crazy MUSKY. Couldnt find the toothy bastards anywhere. Saw guys using smaller baits killing the SLIMEDARTS in the shallow waters. Bluegill action was hot today, all the 3-5 inchers you could dream of. It was great to be out there, FINALLY!!! Nobody got the trophy MUSKY today but we will be back at it some time this week. Ice should take a hit tomorrow, but its a good 5 inches on the north end. Be careful wandering toward the bridge, only 2 1/2 inches!!! HARDWATER BABY!!! TIGHT LINES!!!:D

Good stuff man. Gotta be huntin' 'em to get one. Hopefully we'll all get a few more chances to ice fish before it all disappears. BTW, check yer PM's.
