I don't think my poor rods and reels can take it.... Poor guys, have been lined up and standing at attention for a week now. Clean, oiled, lined, and shouting "Ready for action sir!" everytime i walk by. The gaf snarrels "Let me at 'em!". The bucket has a devistatingly empty look. The tackle has been cleaned, sharpend and i swear i can hear them shake that unmistakeable box full of lures sound from inside the cabinet. The Gps, Fish camera and finder have this haunting look of desperation... "sorry guys not today"... Dear Winter, Bring it ON!!!!:D

The ICE is on its way. Colder temps coming in on thursday night. I have all my gear in the truck ready to go. BRING IT ON!!! I LOVE THE HARDWATER!!!:D

My friend who lives on a lake in Wisconsin has 14" of ice outside his door. He tip-uped a 28" walleye two days ago. I'm so jealous! I've been ling fishing just to keep busy waiting for ice. Getting bored.
