I know this is a New Jersey site but I figure some people would be interested in this trip. They have an amazing fishery down there.

Very nice report I just included this trip on my bucket list of things to do. I also loved the video lotta action beautiful fish. Thanks for posting great report.:cool: :cool: :cool:

It is a great trip and in August you have a good shot at a Tarpon. Oriental NC is really a cool town too

The Old Drum fishery down here is fantastic. I live near the Pamlico and can be in Oriental in about 20 minutes by boat from my dock. It is a ton of fun catching those big drum, and having tarpon in my backyard is a nice bonus. I spend most my time offshore, but, if I do any inshore stuff, it is the drum and tarpon thing in the Pamlico. :)
Brian is one hard working skilled Captain. :cool:
