Manasquan Reservoir report

went fishing this afternoon for the first time here, off the pier next to the boat ramp. caught a bass, 5 white perch and lots of big sunnies. all on nightcrawler bits on a small jig head. some of the other guys gave me their fish to eat which was cool so by the end of the day i had 17 on the stringer. frying them up tommorow. :)

Nice catch. I also went out Sat. with some youngsters did great on the Blue Gill and pumpkin seeds, also landed a big white perch on a worm tipped jig head. Really impressed with the size of the panfish at the Squan. Next time I may just bring a cooler of ice for some taste testing. :D
