Well, I know I am, just not sure where. It's gonna be hot again tomorrow. I kind of ran myself into the ground last weekend and don't feel like wakiing up at 3:45am. Don't feel like even being outside after 9am. I may try and hit the canal for kitties after dark, not sure yet. Whatchy'all doin?

Not sure about the evening.

But the only thing I'll be fishing for during the day are a few beers out of the fridge! :D

Good luck all and keep safe (try to stay cool) in this heat.

I think tomorrow I'll be heading down to the Raritan River to get some underwater footage with my head-cam. Staying in the water ought to help beat the heat, too.

Sunday I may shoot down to IBSP to try some fluking in the surf.

I'm going out early tomorrow and again on Sunday.

I went out Weds afternoon in the heat and hooked into quite a few and topped it off with a LMB close to 4 LBS. Caught one over 3 LBS on Tuesday too so I'm on a roll and going to try to keep it going even if all signs point towards utter failure! :D

Myself and buds bailed on a camping/fishing trip in the Gap because of the heat. My FA dont sleep in 100* heat regardless of how much beer is available!!!

SW is out this weekend.

We are thinking MAYBE Greenwood Lake tonight if anyone can get motivated enough to leave the A/C and couch.

Looks like its shaping up to be a pool/booze weekend.....:D

since it was 28 degrees cooler this morning at 6am than it was yesterday (it was 80 this morning) i figured id go out for a bit but stay local so i could spend more time throwing the line than driving and beat the heat, went to shopping cart lake in little ferry, had two lines with nightcrawlers on them by the lilies and worked a rat on the 3rd line...NOTHING even tapped the worms and USUALLY youll definately get a sunny cat or perch on the worms right there but nada...oh well didnt hurt to try...hope others had better luck today

Andy met me at the canal last night and I tried for channel cats for a little over an hour. Caught one yellow bullhead right off the back and was getting hammered by eels, but no channels. Even for 9pm, I was drenched in sweat and the bugs were out big-time. Felt like I was CATFISHIN!!! I think Andy might take me to fish RVR after dark tonight provided no storms come through. All about fishing late night this time of year.

I slept in today. :o

I have a wedding to attend this afternoon which figures to be great fun in this heat so when the alarm clock went off at 5:30 I figured sleep was more important.

I'll get out on the lake tomorrow for sure though.
