Smoked Trout

Fired up the smoker at work today and had smoked trout for lunch. Marinated them in soy sauce with some oriental stir fry mix. Everything tastes better when you work for it!

Got 6 trout in da smoker as we speak. Went with the simple brine, salt, sugar. I gotta try the soy suace thing.
