Hit Clark's Pond today as we had plenty of time to fish. FINALLY, we had some lock n load freshwater fishing this year. Unfortunately, it's an 1 1/2 hour drive from the house and it was mostly pickeral. We fished there from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm. My old man had 46 fish and I had 38 fish. We had 74 pickeral, 4 bass, 3 sunnies, 2 yellow perch and 1 crappie. So in the end, we combined for 84 fish in 7 hours. We threw small rapalas and white Mr. Twisters the entire day. I had the biggest fish of the day, a 24" 4 lb. pickeral(on 4 lb. test:D  ). A very good day of freshwater fishing for sure, especially considering the pathetic fishing we have been having lately.

Yes Ely, it's the Clark's Pond near Bridgeton. Between my dad working and me being in school, we get out as much as possible. Thank you for reading the reports.

Nice to see someone catching lots of fish. With a long ride like that you must be somewhere near me in Bayville. I fished Deal lake yesterday with a friend and only caught 2 small bass.:)

Heard there is some monster white perch and crappie in that lake. Is that true? Thanks, always wanted to try there but have also heard many slow reports from there before.

Never caught monster anything there!! There are big carp however. I fish several times a week (good wife), maybe we will meet on one of these lakes.
