Day 2 am Report

Was on the Pequonock at 6:30 along with 5 other early starters Had my limit and more in about an hour. All stockie brooks no natives today. Fish only wanted spinners and worms. Friend was on the Wallkill at daybreak. Nada.

thanks for the report! congrats on the nice catch you put together. do you know how many trout were stocked in the pequannock, and what area(s) they stocked them?

Was back at Spring Lake again this morning after getting skunked there yesterday...... and again nothing, along with nothing for anyone else there either..... it's like the fish have lockjaw or something.... tried powerbait in different colors, Gulp Trout Bait, worms, roostertails and phoebes.... not a nibble!! Oh well.... tomorrow's supposed to be warm out, maybe they'll get hungry. :)
