Saturday on the Avery Lynn

Hey all...got out Saturday with a couple buddies of mine for a late start. Had to replace the trim tab switch before running out. Slow start but fired up as the afternoon went along. Sea bass started chomping on a couple pieces we fished on and the Wham. Felt like I had a kicking mule on my line in 50 ft of water....
Personal best 22.5 inch & 7.14 lb tog that I weighed in at N/S shop. Closed out the day with another keeper tog and about 23 nice sea bass for the 3 of us.

Nice tog there! Seems to be a lot better togging then the last few years with a lot more keepers in the mix.

Yea Gerry....so far it's been a decent bite for them. I love catching blackfish....such hard fighters and all. Been trying a technique for them and its been paying off for them and other larger sea bass even.
