Hey gang, we had some great guys on the boat today. Nice to see Mitch up from FL. and Henry, Derrick and his nephew, 15 year old Cal. Also, Lenny from Staten Island, Ben and Billy Hightower. We flew out to where Capt. Jack caught the fish yesterday afternoon. Had to look around a bit for the readings that I wanted. After about 10 minutes of looking we found what we were looking for. Good first drift. It made our fishing trip today. We got a great drift and held the fish for about 35 minutes. We had a total of 31 striped bass caught. With 10 of them being keepers and the other 21 all big fish. Billy Hightower took the daily pool. The fish are being caught on shads and 95% of the fishing is readings. All in all it was a very fun day out on the water. Tomorrow's going to be another beautiful day. So don't miss out. Can't wait to get back out on the grounds again for tomorrow.
