A bunch of decent weather apps are already calling for 6-9” in central NJ for weds night-thurs. With high temps in the mid 20s, plenty of cold air in place
Odd for weather services to make a prediction on this so far out (instead of the usual “potential for a major snow event), even with clickbait being a tactic.

Even if so with the increasing sun angle in mid February the snow has a hard time accumulating on paved surfaces. We are gaining a solid 2 1/2 minutes of daylight with each passing day, may not sound like a lot but it is. Snow really has a hard time in March and April as we all know.
