Catskills birthday browns

Hitched up the kolocraft driftboat loaded the tent and camping gear and headed up for a weekend to celebrate rob and Barry’s birthday. Got settled in and everyone was fishing at camp I ventured upstream away from guys and stuck a nice brown 18” maybe. Ran back got back up and deployed the boat and back-rowed upstream and we picked fish all the way back downstream back to camp. Couple nice fish through this stretch of river. Sat was the big float sewage plant to balls eddy. We fished evrey spot we could… a lot of debri in the water with the water being released made tough conditions but we stuck at it and got a few here and there. Rob got his birthday brown so I was happy.
Camping fishing hanging with this group of guys is always worth it alone the fish are just added bonus. Happy birthday guys and thanks for a great weekend
