Sandy Hook Fishing

Well I finally hit the surf at Sandy Hook yesterday after two year layoff due to my cancer(which is in remission). The weather was great and the tide was at dead low. Not one fish caught by any one, not even a sea robin. It was great to walk around and throw my 11' surf rod for about 4 hours. The wind was off the dunes making for a green fly paradise. Fun in the surf and sun!!!!! Was going to go today but the storms changed my plans. Till next week..see ya all then, Rammie back into it again.
