Searsport, Maine fishing

Hello everybody reading this. I need recommendation about fishing in Maine in June. Planning to be near Searsport June 14-21. Any head boats or charters for salt water? All answers will be very appreciated.

Not sure about the charters up there, but right now the fishing on your way up there is insane. I was at wells harbor on Saturday and 3 captain boats came in and each boat limited on stripers.

Once you get to Bath Maine you are dealing with the Kennebec river. Loads more rules there but a ton of charters.

Past Bath, it’s some what challeng8ng to find anyone.

Long and short, if you can spend a day or two south of searsport, a lot more options appear.
