June 13 and 15 proved to be two of the best days so far. This one county lake I fish has seasonal weeds that die to the bottom in early June making it easier to use lures in different areas. Total catch so far for June is 322 fish - panfish and bass. I like modifying soft plastic lures and fishing them with light jigs 1/32 - 1/16oz. Here are a few that did well:
a clear plastic taper tail:

An idea I wanted to try involves dipping soft plastic lure bodies in hot plastic to thicken them. No doubt a good idea for murky water. Here are a few:

thick blunt tails did well, the action being a waddle similar to a lipped crankbait:
