Knew it was windy but like the coffee guy says "knew it be nice where we'll be fishing." Still had our small minnies we purchased yesterday and they lasted perfectly overnight.
KKBK pond was slow, Devon had a few good bites but missed them. I didn't get any love so we decided to go try the OG lake cockolla. Dev got 10 bites & kept missing them while I wasn't getting a sniff, but she couldn't get them to connect. Well she finally admitted she allowed Vince to use her rod yesterday while pickerel fishing & she didn't believe in the curse but now she does. We will be performing an exorcism later this week. I have told people its not the curse of the Egyptian mummy that scares me its the curse of the Italian dummy :)
Finally dev landed her 1st sacalait of the year after admitting her mistake , and more importantly I got bites! Landed 11 sacalaits & a little bass that I gave the local cats. Dev got only a crappie, a bass & a perch due to the curse. Awesome to see them crappies nibbling only getting better from here
