River junction, bud if you need some info try using the pm feature. Plenty of guys share plenty of info through them on here….as far as this site goes it’s way more then just fish hog post’s. Plenty of guys have met new and old friends (fresh&salt)through this site, not to mention numerous fundraising and supporting the fishing community events that are organized through this site, also there are meet & greet events throughout the year that we organize and get guys together and fish for the day and do nothing but share the info between each other and help each other out with all the knowledge between all of us and if your new and have no clue we make sure ya know what your doing by the time you leave. The njf Christmas party has been cancelled last two years due to covid but is a great time with the njf brothers many look forward to evrey year. You might wanna try one of these fine events introduce yourself and find out what this site is really about and you’d be surprised what you learn in return from others. Good luck

A TON of old posts and reports on here, do some homework! Like Eddie posted above, there's only a handful of bodies of water that hold the species you are looking to target, so pick one and start fishing. We live in a tiny state that happens to be super densely populated, so naturally guys aren't willing to give up exact spots or holes on a public forum. Post some reports, post what you tried, what did or didn't work for you, and I am sure guys will reach out to you through private message to help. 15 posts in and you are calling guys out, definitely not going to get info that way...

Few things are handed to us in life as fishermen. Most things are earned.
I've met great fisher-folk here. Some of which are now my life-long friends. Most of them taught me a LOT. I can only hope I've shared helpful knowledge with them along the way.
Some simply said "try doing 'x' at 'y'." I read a lot. Learned a lot on my own and put in COUNTLESS hours in both fresh and salt. As Mikey said, go to the events. Meet people. Use the PM function. And as Skunk said, calling people out after just joining the site isnt a good way to make friends--esp when some of us been around here over a decade.

read posts, watch videos, try things out, try new places, the pursuit is what makes the ends rewarding
but if time is short and you want to skip ahead and catch some fish, hire a guide that runs trips where you would like to fish

I did not read the original message in this post because it was edited but from what I’m reading your looking for some walleye action. I started out on here Muskie fishing just a few years ago. I know nothing about walleye but I was fishing the Delaware for Muskies and assume I have floated over a ton of them. If your frustrated over tight lips for walleyes just assume your head will explode from Muskie fishermen lol. Best thing I did was share my experience on the water with these fine fishermen and and accept the feedback. I have caught a lot of quality Muskies from the river and developed my own spots. My advice would be to trust your fishing instincts and if a spot looks good beat it to death. No matter what anyone tells you to do your own experiences will aide you ten fold! I do not know you or your fishing ability so this is not meant to be condescending, but this forum is full knowledge and they are all willing to share it with you.
TIGHT LINES!!!!

You're right and I apologize - I don't even know what you posted but I'm engaged in a couple extremely intense internet fights right now and the rage spilled over into NJfishing :)
