Those Eyes though! Sunday 12/12

I was foaming at the mouth once the Blackfish trip on the Monger got cancelled for Saturday. Texted ALSMako to see if he wanted to join me and kill some Walleye to replace the lost Tog trip. He jumped on Sunday morning and off we went. Started off jigging just shorts to start the day. We made moves while gettting blown in circles with the wind but once it layed down we put the SMACKDOWN on some super healthy Walleye. Steve cracked a beautiful limit with all fish 20 inches or better. I had fun as well with the shorts and keepers. Fish are definitely getting thicker and feeding heavy. Off the water by 2 pm happy with the slow pick. I mean I guess it’s a slow pick when you only boat like 20 Walleye. I don’t know! Good day fishing with you Steve. TIGHT LINEZ!!!:D

Sweet fish guys. Some nice eyes there. There's some monsters in that system. Takes a little bit of the sting out of Jerry having to cancel but know what you mean. Blackfish trips with Jerry are special. Good job, great day on the water and no carp!

This hat I’m wearing is warm. The team sucks and one day, hopefully before I pass, they will be winners again. Hahaha! God damn Jets!!! Missing the only Tog trip I had scheduled this year hurts. I was so ready! Steve was as well. Lots of cancelled trips this year for people al around. Blehhhhh!

Thanks for the invite eddie. Great time fishing with you. The weather not so much. Funny when the wind pushes you upstream against the current but we were able to get it done. No monsters for us but nice healthy fish. Except that warty one. :eek:. Lotsa missed bites as well. Fish would hit on the drop and just be there when you went to jig up. We will get the blackfish trip in next year.... i hope. Tight lines

those walleye are ok i guess but i want to know how you got a trip booked with jerry! hahaha. Justin and i hit it for just a few hours the day before you and we managed a few keepers in short time but not quite that quality!

They are great table fare. One of only a few freshwater species i like to eat.

Thank you for the info fisherman. Hopefully i will see the fish hogs out there that think it funny another fisherman ask for some help. If they are such fish hogs then they should not be on this site.

There are pages and pages of reports here. Use the search tool and read the reports. Shouldn’t be complicated to compile a bunch of knowledge simply by reading.
