headed up to the big lake after work for a few hours.started out a little slow and
had to make a few moves but once i found them it was game on with a good pick.had some gills,perch.shiners and crappie.was able to get a good limit and was back home at 7:30.not great fishing but good enough to keep you casting.
it was a 50/50 on the jig & bobber or the small husky jerk,both taking their share.

NICE!!! Can’t wait for this ice to be gone and really give us some spots.

My boat should be ready to pickup from servicing tomorrow. Is the cove at Lee's open from ice to launch from?

I was out yesterday and the lake was all open that I could see. I launched at Lee's and there was no ice from there all the way up into Woodport. I didn't go to the left of Lee's but didn't see any across main lake. I didn't get there till 3:30 or so and hit 2 spots looking for crappie but didn't get a bite. I went to another spot looking for perch and after a move I found them and was catching slobs cast after cast. Wish I had more time but I can't wait to get back out.

Save some for me! Haha! Hoping to get up there next weekend. Can’t wait to eat some Crappie. Mmmmm hmmmmmm!!!!:D

yes sir its one of my favorite ways to fish.going to go up this afternoon and see whats up.we just need to get her filled up.

Yeah the water is very low right now...
