Started the morning off Saturday looking for an early spring bite of some sorts. Just managed a good SMB to start the season.
Tried various spots where I got walleye last few years but nothing came up.
I could have been more thorough and hit more spots but the boys dragged me into some pond bass.

FINALLY daylight savings time is here, more time to fish yippie!

Ill be back out there on the Rusty R...

Real nice! That's what I've been waiting for . Fished the river real hard today and came away with dink pickerel . But at least it wasn't a skunk! lol

nice, i bet if you lined it up just right with the wind you could cast a 1/8 oz lure across the whole river lol. Wind was NUTS today.

Hopefully thing start picking up in the river, at least for the cold-water species.

I was happy we ended up catching those bass! After running around looking for trout for 4 hours with nothing to show for it, it felt good to have some bass tug on the UL. Ended up with a dozen of em :D
