Great experience to be able to actually catch this fish in New Jersey using this technique, I had a lot of fun and hope I can do it again one day!

That's pretty bad ass man! Luke and I had talked about giving mousing a shot but haven't done it yet. Pretty awesome to see its effective!

To me that's a dream come true. Once on the Salmon River w/my son in August, we went at night, had no mouse flies, but we had big Muddler's we sprayed with floatant. Something huge whalloped Matt's, but he missed the hit.

Awesome report. Big browns love feeding at night and love big baits. Very, very cool report. Must have been one crazy explosion on the surface when he grabbed your offering. I think we'd all be very surprised fishing fast water at night in big water like the Big D how many oversized browns you'd hook if you put the time in. Dark big profile baits are the key.
