Down Deep Bull - 10/25 Boat Record / Epic Striped Bass over 55 lbs

Sunday aboard the Down Deep Bull we ran another 6am Jumbo Striped Bass trip with a great bunch of new and returning guys and sons. Our size and stability are always in our favor with our platform, so off we went. What took place when the boat stopped was nothing short of what dreams are made of. An instant, insane bite that lasted beginning to end. Eeling produced over seven dozen Jumbo Striped Bass from 38 - 50 lbs. With another half dozen going over 50 lbs, to our biggest to date. This beautiful fish bottomed out the 55 lb scale ! HH had sixteen with two over 50 lbs. All overs and many other keepers were all safely returned to swim another day. Truly an epic trip that no one will ever forget, including the kids who were giants at the rails and the smiles were priceless. By trips end, everyone got what they came for and left in awe.
