Sorry I haven’t posted much bros. I kinda have this thing where I go a month without posting. I do this once a year for whatever reason. It’s strange, I know, but sometimes my brain just needs a break from everything. Lol! I’m good, everything is great I can assure you! Life is crazy but thankfully we have fishing to level us out! Hope all you guys are well!

Hit an NNJ lake last Sunday on the Kayak. This place is a tough cookie but once you figure it out it can be very rewarding. Worked the edges and ledges with various jigs and blade baits and slaughtered Crappie form the start to the end of the day. Must’ve caught about 25 total with most of them being keepers. The bigger fish were 13-14 inches, all released. Managed to get a few Walleye to cooperate thankfully. Not a ton of them but got 3 to the net. 2 keepers 18.5 and 21 inches and a cute Pennsylvania keeper at 16 inches. Not many pics of this trip. Getting good pics on a Kayak when your flying solo is sketchy. Maybe I need a selfie stick. https://hosting.photobucket.com/images/t599/fasteddie2927/CB38A0FB_425F_41D5_8719_D1570E043B19.jpeg?width=19 20&height=1080&fit=bounds

Got out after work one night this week and did some river fishing. Target species was Walleye and some Walleye were landed. Managed a short and a beast on a plug. Dropped a 3rd fish at 9 pm and called it a night. I can’t complain at all. I don’t get on many after work trips these days so the fish are an added bonus. The big girl taped out at 27.25 and she was pretty plump for October. Man by December she might need to go on a diet. This fish smacked my plug hard. She ripped upstream and then Straight across the river. I thought it was something else until I saw those glowing eyes. What a battle on the ultra lite rod! Snapped a quick pic and let her live after a quick revival session. Fun night! TIGHT LINEZ!!!:D

I usually wind up taking selfies the same as on land set it down and turn on a 5seconds selfie timer and try not to be too ugly looking
