Very nice all day action today. Had some beauties in the mix on the Porgies with George landing a 3 1/2 pound pool fish.
Little breezy the next two days but it shouldn't effect the fishing. Come on down.
I'd like to give a HUGE THANK YOU to Bob Bott, Rod builder extraordinaire for taking one of my Dad's Ole custom built, Australian blank rods and bringing it back to life! I wanted to make a Special gift to Joe as I knew he would appreciate it.
Bob put new cork grips, carbide guides, it's done in Red, white and blue with an amazing cherry red base. The inscription reads In Memory of Capt. Ron Sr. to Joey Pasculli. This stick will last a long time along with so many great memories that go with it. Enjoy it Joe.
Brought a tear to my eye!! Thank you once again Bob, you are the best of the best!!
I'll take a couple shots and post them tomorrow.....
