We had an excellent day with the blackfish today, we took only our limit, but we boated big Togs all day, releasing enough fish to fill a regular five fish limit like the one we have Upcoming in November. We released a lot of big fish unharmed , And our limit came from the fish that were hooked deeper. We also had some Porgies, and assorted other bottom fish, ( triggerfish ) and quite a few Seabass which were all released. That season does not open until October 8, but we had a beautiful day today and caught a lot of big fish everyone went home with dinner.
