Hybrid Mayhem on the Mamba! 7/11

And then the mayhem ensued! Herring were being smashed and the boards were flying under the water at a rapid pace. Quadruple, triple and double headers all morning. Probably a total of 25 fish landed and every single one was over 20 inches. Talk about solid action! The Hybrids were angry on this balmy Saturday. Storm came rolling in around 1 and we got out of there just in time. Rumor has it the Black Mamba is up for sale. Man I’m going to miss that vessel. Can’t see what Cap’n Mikey comes out with next. TIGHT LINEZ!!! :D

Crazy report. Excellent day on the water guys! Pound for pound those fish might be the hardest fighting fish in fresh water and I'd dare say they give they're salt water cousins a run for the money. Good job guys. Mikey will be running a 24 rod spread shortly!

It’s true! It’s true.... she went out with a bang slamming salmon trip up north and she died peacefully with a farewell hybrid trip��. The ole girl has a few Leaky rivets and needs some loving! A lot of good memories with that girl definitely sucks!!
