After yesterday's productive 3 hour run we decided to do a follow up. Left the dock at 7, fishing at 7:02 water temp 62.4 degrees, up from yesterday. Much grass on the outgoing and not the number of bites. Bottom of tide at 8:50 , wind shifted to NNW from W, drift changed and water cooled to 56 by 10 am.
Ended the morning at 10:30 with 2 keepers and much salad as the incoming produced more grass. Still a nice couple of hours on the water with a good crew. Where the fish were yesterday did not produce.
