I'm new to this area of NJ. Can anyone tell me of some good local areas for crappie and perch?

delaware river, D&R canal, south branch raritan river isnt too far, good with trout this time of year.

I don’t target either, but I have caught some sweet crappie in Mercer lake while trying for bass. I think the NJ record for white crappie is also caught in Mercer lake. Davidson’s mill pond in south Brunswick usually has pretty good perch. Good luck
