How about a suspension of license rights for some years?

Any license is a privilege not a right and these gentlemen should loose that privilege for a very long time

They do this to blackfish out of Brooklyn on a much larger scale
It’s for the live market
NYC restaurants in a certain ethnic neighborhood have tanks with live fish
As do the seafood markets
Why doesn’t anyone bust th markets and businesses??????

This is happening all too often! These guys don’t care what the fines are. There making money on the fish no doubt! It’s sad but true! Some of the markets close to home just aren’t regulated or inspected enough these days. There just not enough man power when it comes to GW’s and DEC guys. The best way to help is to tip em’ off on the hotline. I’ve never seen anything out of the ordinary thankfully. Not sure what my first instinct would be. Kudos to the state of NY for being there at the right time!

That fine is nothing. OFF WITH THEIR HEADS!
People like that give fishermen a bad rep

These fines are too small of a deterrent!!!!
But I guess it justifies their payckecks...
The fines should more closely reflect what could
have been made by there illegal spoils....
