For the past two weeks the bite just shut down here in Bergen County. Haven't been able to get anything at my spots tried fishing top water spinnerbaits and jigging the bottom not even a nibble. Anyone else having difficulty right now in the fall?

Nailed over a dozen bass at pond with a friend over the weekend. Given it was a low-pressured pond but they are definitely still biting. All very active too and most right off the bank.

Been pretty good for me as well.

Some great spots in Passaic county full of LM.

without knowing anything about the spots your trying, I'd say in general just cover more water. they're gonna be eating most days now.

i fished farrington on friday and mercer lake on Saturday, we didnt do well at either spot. tried senko/crankbaits/spinnerbaits/jerkbaits. a few bass and a few pickerel. I though we would have pounded them, but i guess we did not hit the spots that where they were at.

i wil try again this weekend.

farrington hasnt been a good spot in like 25 years. i only ever go because its such an easy launch.
