Had the week off from work so had a plan for every day/night...until the wonderful forecast presented itself :p. Despite raining at some point almost every day, I managed some solid action.

Last Saturday- big lake with Mikey and JimmyLiveBait. See his report below mine.

Tuesday- trolled the big lake with herring during the daylight hours and managed a Walleye, a few Pickerel and some Yellow Perch. Post-frontal conditions, cold temps and of course rain all made it a tough bite.http://i66.photobucket.com/albums/h252/QuikSilverSRT4/Fishing%20Photos/20190514_123446_zpskk7iqalv.jpg (http://s66.photobucket.com/user/QuikSilverSRT4/media/Fishing%20Photos/20190514_123446_zpskk7iqalv.jpg.html)

Wednesday night- took a coworker (old time bass guy) out for the night bite. Again, more rain showers but we managed 8 Walleye and some Bass by catches. Biggest Walleye of the night being a 25". Rain.

Thursday night- took a buddy out in search of his first Hybrid. Landed 7 Walleye to 23" and 1 nice 23" Hybrid. No rain!

Saturday night- Changed venues to a little NNJ reservoir to avoid the KDC contest on the big lake. Landed a handful of 12"+ White Perch who were clearly spawning by the spluge they left in my boat lol. Catch of the night was a massively fat Walleye that taped out at 26". By far the girthiest Walleye I've ever landed and possibly heavier than my PB 29". Who says there are no fish in Monksville?

Of course it rained in your favorite week/month to fish. Unreal! At least you found a few in between Monsoons and got Bling his first Hybrid. That’s pretty awesome! Great looking Walleye and that last one is definitely a BEAST! YEA BUDDY!!!:D
