May fishing

What can we fish for in May, the nicest month of the year, until fluke and sea bass open?

Ling,Winter Flounder ,Stripers, and the first Bluefish have been caught around Barnegat Inlet, and should be up in the sandy hook area within a few days, but the weather hasn't been that great, and they like clear water, so conditions matter of course.... bob
