Since today is my birthday and 75 degrees forecasted, there was nothing stopping me from fishing. I headed to my favorite lake in the pine barrens. I just wanted to catch A fish, I ended up catching DOZENS of fish. Chain pickerel from 10 to 18 inches. Black crappie were all thick slabs over 11 inches and a single largemouth. Everything was caught on shiners.

Nice job! I hit the Mullica River today and caught several short stripers. Did you see that big fire in the pines? The smoke cloud was visible for miles.
