RVR Camp, Jig, and Catfish

No bait = lots of fish on lures. I know Crispher and the gang been getting them fishies jigiing. Caught around 13 fish. Lost prob as many as I caught using ultralight gear. Some nice smallies. Depth not real deep FF is broken.All smallmouth exception if 2 LM’S and a large CatFish. it was either a white catfish or a channel. Took me around 8 minutes to get her to the net. All fish released. East wind and fishing was Epic.

Great report, if you have never camped at RV you are really missing something special. The camp sites are remote ! East wind is nutz up there !

That is awesome! Nice fish also . Those kitties would be sizzling in my pan!
I usually do a solo trip camp/fish the first week in October . Camp at SR and fish it one night one day one RV and one on MC. This year my foot had different plans.128223

There he is! Great fish man! Fall is here and the fish are hungry nice big Cat on the plastic, haha! Good to see someone else whackin’em on artificials!!!:D
