Got out for the first time this past Saturday. Thick fog in the morning forced me to hang with the "yak fleet" and pick a few there, but once it lifted I broke free and trolled around till I found a body of fish. Steady pick throughout the day to 34", not a bad first day out! All fish were released to spawn (and because I didn't have a good way to keep it cold while getting the boat back on the roof of my car). Had 5 keepers and 3 shorts, not bad for no fish finder. Tight lines all.
