40 hp with controls console and steering wheel/cable

Just got this tracker 40 hp... Way to heavy for my boat I started doing a bunch to work on it, got it running but it really is too heavy for my aluminum boat. Thing needs a carb rebuild kit, and I would redo the fuel pump also. 250$ or best offer for everything. Motor is in lake hopatcong
