Zilch nada nothing! Froze my tail of from 1230-330 soaking power bait with 3 rods in the water. Fished one of my spots that has never given me the skunk until this time. I spoke with another guy who was about 100 yds from me. He fished from 9am-230pm and he didn’t even have a bite. Back to the rivers next trip.

I, too, got skunked the last 2 times casting from RVR's far eastern side.

May try, again, tomorrow.

I found a spear gun shaft w/ a rusted point in the shallows. Quite a formidable weapon.

Is the boat ramp iced in or can I launch a kayak? I was thinking about maybe giving it a shot this Saturday.

Me and the Wife went out on the boat Sunday 1/28, and for the first time this year, also got the skunk for Lakers. We picked up a couple nice rainbows, BUT nothing for Lakers. I was thinking it might have something to do with this moon, the tides were extra, extra high, and low. Who knows.

This afternoon got skunked, again, on the far side.

On my way there, stopped to watch a Peregrine Falcon chase a pigeon around the north dam tower. Didn't catch it. The big, powerful falcon then landed on the top of the tower.
